1 day to go…Pasta Party tonight!

I must confess I had trouble sleeping Thursday night.  After picking up my race kit at Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex, I ran into many running friends and just couldn’t contain my excitement for tonight and especially Satuday. The plan for today includes an early morning run to keep the legs loose then beach, beach, beach!  Then at 5:30 pm its the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party on the beach at Cosmo’s Restaurant (a short walk from Couples Swept Away and right beside the Start/Finish area at Long Bay Beach Park.

On-site Reggae Marathon race registration and race kit pick up finishes today.  There is no registration or race kit pick up on race day tomorrow.  Here’s today’s schedule, at Couples Swept Away Sports Complex:

• Register for any of the three Reggae Marathon events from 1 pm up until 4 pm today.  On-site registration ends then!
• Pick up your Reggae Marathon race kit up from 1 pm until 8 pm

Then from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm it’s the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party at Cosmo’s.  On the beach! What a great venue to carbo load and catch up with running friends.  See you there!
