It’s 1 day to Reggae Marathon 2018.  Tonight I’m looking forward to catching up with all my running friends at the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party.  Can’t wait!  

From around 4 pm on, look out for me in and around the Media Tent at the Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex.  At 5:30 pm the gates to the Pasta Party open and you’ll find me near the Rasta Pasta food station loading up on carbos.  Hint:  Take advantage of the water that is available and hydrate well.  Remember, it’s warm even into the evening in Negril.  By 8 pm though I’m heading back to my hotel for an early night…3:30 am Sunday morning wake up for the 5:15 am Race Start.
