True confession: I’ve been counting down the days to Reggae Marathon since I left Negril last year. It drove my wife crazy. But then I’m a runner and we are crazy!

I arrive in Negril next Wednesday evening. I’ll be heading out for a run along the road first thing Thursday morning. I’ll look out for you on the road.
