Next week this time I’ll have come back from my first run in Negril. I look forward to that every year and am counting the sleeps until next Thursday morning. I bought all new running gear for Reggae Marathon this year: shoes, shorts and top! You’d think I was going to a fashion show and not a race! But hey, that’s what Reggae Marathon does to you!
Now this is a post-race party…Beer on the Beach!
After my first early morning run in Negril, it’s off to the beach to continue the taper…yes I have lots of sunscreen!
