Only…9 months to go to Reggae Marathon, December 2 in Negril, Jamaica. And it will be hard to follow my own advice to stay calm! Eating properly, running, training, racing throughout the year is a mere prelude to the main event: Reggae Marathon! The Experience is the highlight of my running year…I know it is for lots of Reggae Marathon fans!
So if you can remain calm, please, please share your secret!
