4 days to Reggae Marathon. Is there really any more that needs to be said? In just a few short days a bunch of runners from all over Jamaica and the World will line up for the 5:15 am start. Race Director Frano will address us for a few moments prior to that as we shuffle anxiously in the warm Caribbean air. The torches will light suddenly and precisely at 5:15 am we’ll be off.
Nothing beats the Reggae Marathon start!
Well, OK, the post-race ritual of dashing into the Sea after receiving your Finisher Medal may top that…I can already feel the sand between my toes!
The entire Reggae Marathon team will be live in Negril from this Thursday. Yes, we too have to make the trek from Kingston to Negril. We’ll be LIVE on Facebook this Thursday afternoon…make sure to check us out.
