Slip off the running shoes and head straight into the refreshing Caribbean Sea after completing Reggae Marathon. Full Marathon, Half Marathon or 10K, runners from each of our 3 race events mix and mingle on the Negril Beach after grabbing a Red Stripe and a fresh cut coconut. After the physical and mental exertion, relaxing on the beach is the perfect way to celebrate the Reggae Marathon Experience.
We’ve seen Jamaica tattoos, toe nails painted with the Jamaica Flag and hair braided. Wrapped in the Jamaica Flag is another way to celebrate the successful completion of Reggae Marathon. And the flower in the hair is a nice touch too.
“Smile”! The folks back home will soon see this her Facebook page I’m sure. Next stop…Caribbean Sea!
“Wait for me, wait for me…I’ll join you in the water as soon as I get out of my running shoes”
We said fresh cut coconuts, right. Just checking…once you’ve experienced the taste of this natural electrolyte replacement nothing else at any other race event compares. We have a fresh one waiting for you at this year’s Reggae Marathon December 7. See you in Negril.
Until next time…
