Running barefoot along the miles of white sand that make up the Beach in Negril is…Paradise! I didn’t go very long, the water gently lapping beside me was too distracting. So I put my running shoes on and joined a couple of other Reggae Marathoners for a run along the Reggae Marathon Course down to the Round-a-bout in Negril and back. Nice!
