Yes, that’s Reggae Marathon Race Director Frano enjoying himself at the Reggae Marathon. Here are some of our favourite photos from last December in Negril.
Burt Carlson who has successfully completed countless marathon’s and ultra marathons connected with Olympian Carrie Tollefson Friday night at the Pasta Party. That set the tone for the 10th anniversary Reggae Marathon.
And speaking of the Pasta Party, we enjoyed the music and the great food at “the world’s best” Pasta Party Friday night at the Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex. And no, we didn’t let a little rain dampen our spirits.
These kids from Heinz Simonitsch School in Montego Bay were huddled together singing their hearts out. They ran in the Reggae Marathon as a fund raiser.
These guys from France truly understood the Reggae Marathon vibe. Will we see you again this December in Negril?
Here’s the best motivation to finish strong. Just past this sign the road meets the beach…all the way to the finish!
Ahhh…there’s nothing better than heading into the finish chute knowing that a fresh coconut is waiting…along with a cold Red Stripe.
Unfortunately all good things must end. But not without great memories from Negril and the Reggae Marathon. Same time next year?
Until next time…
