We’re just over 60 days now to Reggae Marathon 2014!  Wow, where did the time go?  Just a few short months ago all my favourite people were gathered in Negril and now here we are a few short weeks from doing it all again!  Not only am I looking forward to re-connecting with old running friends, I can hardly to meet new runners.  One of them is Prem Chadeesingh from the UK who is coming with a truly international entourage.  He took the time to write to us:

I live in England and have done so for the last 16 years.  My daughter, Roxanne who also lives in England, will be coming with me and running the 10K for the first time this year…I have done it three times in the last 4 years!  We’ve both registered already online.

Also coming along are my two neices from Florida…They’ll be running in Reggae Marathon for the first time. And…Dave Rogers from Canada who ran in the Reggae Marathon 10K last year is also coming along.

The United Kingdom, United States and Canada all brought together for Reggae Marathon.  Wow Prem, that’s fantastic!  Let’s plan to connect Friday night at the Pasta Party.  I’ll be around the Media Tent just inside the Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex.

Oh, and did I mention that Prem is a proud 62 years old who only took up running years ago?  Now that’s a Seasoned Runner!
