“Beach bum!” That's a complement in Negril, the 'Capital of Casual'. But there is life beyond the beach even though the prospect of tanning on the beach and swimming in the warm, gently lapping Caribbean is a major draw. The photo above is from the Kool Runnings Adventure Park the on the 'other side of the Negril highway' and shows one of the highlights a rafting tour of the Great Morass. Hmmm…I will have to plan for that this December.
The Lighthouse is the the most western point of the island. Hey, Cuba is just 90 miles away! Take the time to make it out to the Lighthouse when you visit any of the superb restaurants and entertainment spots to catch the famous Negril sunset.
