It’s that time of year where the weather is frightful, but the training must still happen. If you live in the northern part of the United States or even the DMV area, you got some snow this weekend. It’s important to be smart about outdoor training when there is snow or ice on the ground. If the risk of falling and potentially hurting yourself, stick to the treadmill or do some indoor strength training. We’ve all seen the video of the woman interviewed during a snowstorm about running and when she runs off, she slips and falls. Don’t be that woman!
